We value fast and smooth delivery, which is why we collaborate with couriers such as UPS, DPD, DHL, and TNT to ensure that our delivery service is quick and reliable, with tracking numbers issued upon dispatch.
What determines our delivery charges is the delivery service used and the location. We offer different delivery options – please see below. DO YOU WISH TO CANCEL A MACBUYZ ORDER?
In line with the distance selling regulations, you have up to 7 working days to cancel your Macbuyz order. Please inform us within this timeframe that you intend to cancel your order. If your order has already been delivered to you, please take care of it while it is in your possession and remember that it will need to be promptly returned to us at your cost. If you would like us to take care of arranging the pickup of your order, we will let you know the cost upon cancellation. Otherwise, you should arrange for your order to be returned to us. In this case, please ensure that a signature is required upon delivery to Macbuyz as items remain under the responsibility of the customer until the order is received and signed for by Macbuyz.
IF YOU FORGET TO ADD SOMETHING…
Once a payment has been processed and accepted, the amount paid cannot be increased. If you need to add to an order, you will need to create a new order.
MACBUYZ’S DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE UK AND EUROPE
Standard delivery: 5 to 7 working days; 5.99 GBP
Express delivery: 2 to 5 working days; 8.99 GBP
Next working day delivery: 12.99 GBP
Orders must be placed between Monday and Thursday before 12pm to guarantee next day delivery.
Orders which are placed before 12pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders are not dispatched over the weekend. If you place an order during the weekend using the next day delivery service, it will be dispatched on Monday and delivered to you on Tuesday.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK AND EUROPE
Customers can determine the shipping charges by completing their address details at checkout.
Macbuyz will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to customs clearance.
Macbuyz will not be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made from outside the UK and Europe. Customers are recommended to make themselves aware of local charges before ordering.
Customers will be responsible for any return charges in case of returning an international order.
If you refuse an order upon delivery and it is then returned, we will deduct any courier charges from your refund. This may take up to 10 working days.
All deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, between 9.00-5.00pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm the exact delivery time. No deliveries take place on public holidays.
On some occasions, if you have ordered more than one item, your order may be divided into separate parcels which may be delivered at different times within the delivery timeframe.

IN CASE OF FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT
If you are not available on first delivery attempt, our courier service will leave a card to inform you when a second attempt will occur. If that is not successful either, our courier service will attempt to deliver your order one more time (three attempts in total). There is no charge for this redelivery service.
If the courier is still unable to deliver after their third attempt, your order and all items will be returned to Macbuyz. You will then need to call our Customer Service in order to rearrange delivery. A delivery charge will apply to this delivery.
Once a customer has signed for a delivery, all responsibility for that parcel will pass on to the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Macbuyz aims to ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service. If you wish to return anything to us, we will be happy to refund or exchange any products as long as they are in a fully resalable condition and with all the original packaging, labels, tags and accessories. The items you return need to be in the same condition in which they were delivered. If labels, tags and accessories have been removed, we will not be able to accept what you wish to return. Macbuyz has the right to refuse any items returned to us in a used or damaged condition.
Items must be returned within 14 days. Please call our Customer Service to arrange collection of the items you wish to return. Our customer service representatives will inform and help you with all aspects related to our collection and return procedures.
If you paid for next day delivery and wish to return the product, this can be returned free of charge. We will send you a voucher for your original delivery charge to use for your next purchase.
Once we have received your items, please allow at least two weeks to process your refund. Your refund will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account which you used for your purchase. We will send you a confirmation email to inform you that we have issued your refund. Please be aware that refunds will only be executed once all returned items have been received and deemed to be in a fully resalable and reusable condition by Macbuyz.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES IN CASE OF INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you request a refund, we will refund you the product value and the original delivery charge. If you request an exchange, we will arrange an exchange for which you will not be charged additional delivery costs. If you request a refund or exchange due to faulty items, we will assess the faulty products. If appropriate, we will refund you the product value and the original delivery charge, or arrange an exchange for which you will not be charged additional delivery costs.
You must check whether your order is correct upon delivery. If there are problems with your order, please contact our Customer Services within 5 working days of receipt of the product.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.
We reserve the right to decline any orders placed with us.
In case you receive a voucher code, you are only eligible to use this on your first order. Once you have used the voucher code which has been sent to you, you are not able to use it again. Any attempts to do so will result in your order not being processed.
